We’re a UK family-run business designing and manufacturing 3D-printed parts for minibike and kart racing. Our approach comes from hands-on experience in the British Minibike Championship paddock, a love of making things and direct conversations with the riders using our parts.

We design and manufacture our 3D-printed parts here in the UK. When you contact Smith Developments, you’re speaking directly to the family business behind the products. Ask us about compatibility, mounting or a custom idea before you order.

Make it your own

Choose colours to suit your bike and race kit. Race numbers, names and logo options are available on selected products, with further customisation by arrangement. Send us your idea and we’ll explain what’s possible for your chosen part.

Choose the setup that fits

Our lap timer cases cover a range of devices, including AiM MyChron 5 and 6, Alfano 6 and 7, AiM Solo 2 and PZ Racing models. Depending on the product, choose 22mm or 28mm handlebar mounting options, or a No Mount case without handlebar mounting legs.
