We’re Smith Developments, a UK family-run team designing and making 3D-printed parts for minibike and kart racing.
Our experience in the British Minibike Championship paddock shapes the way we approach a part: how it fits, how it mounts and how it works alongside the rest of a rider’s setup. We bring that practical perspective to our lap timer cases, bike accessories and bespoke design work.
What we make
Our range includes protective cases for AiM MyChron 5 and 6, Alfano 6 and 7, AiM Solo 2 and PZ Racing lap timers, alongside parts and accessories for minibikes and motorcycles.
We also make Ohvale fork and fairing protectors and front and rear winglets. Each product page explains its intended application and available options, so you can check the details for your own bike or device.

Make it yours
Your race kit has its own identity, and your parts can too. Our lap timer cases offer colour choices and personalisation options, including names and race numbers. We can also discuss logos and other custom designs before you order.
Mounting choices include 22mm and 28mm handlebars, plus a No Mount case without the handlebar mounting legs. If you’re unsure which option you need, our fitting guide is a useful place to start.
